Deployment Engineer

Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting for Deployment Engineer commutable to Glasgow.
This purpose of the role is to assist with swap out of SSD drives on User Laptops
**Contract Duration: 4 Weeks**
**Rate information**:

- £15.00 per hour via umbrella company (Inside IR35)
- Monday to Friday work
- Site Based
- ASAP start

**The Role**:

- Assist internal team with swap out of SSD Drives on user laptops
- Assist with first-time login
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware faults if required
- Supporting end users face to face
- Support set up of hardware
- See tasks through to completion
- Provide good quality customer service at all times and establish good working relationships
- Excellent skills in user IT Deployment
- Ability to interact with customers to ensure that the service is polite, efficient, and responsive
- Ability to work on their own initiative
- To work through issues analytically and successfully
- At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area required
- Prior experience on Laptops, Workstations, Notebooks, Smartphones and Printers
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and local language)
- Background security check required - must be able to complete successfully
