Options Autism are recruiting Residential Care Workers to join our team at Overton School based in Ludlow.
This home is within commutable distance from Ludlow, Kidderminster, Leominster, Worchester, and surrounds.
**Who we are looking for**:
Although, experience is not required, we need people who fit the following criteria
- People with a big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives
- Understanding that the people we care for can be challenging
- Be patient, resilient and calming
- Become the “go to” person for help, support and guidance with their everyday needs
- Willingness to learn not only about the people we support, but the ins and outs of Children’s Residential Care, by working towards a **funded qualification in Level 4 Apprenticeship for Children Young People and Families Practitioner**_(if you do not currently hold this or equivalent)_
