We are currently seeking a Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our Balloch depot in Alexandria. This role is perfect for individuals seeking a rewarding challenge and dedicated to surpassing customer expectations.

Cowal Building and Plumbing Supplies Ltd is one of the largest independent builders' merchants in Scotland, renowned for our exceptional service and expansive product range. With depots in Dunoon, Rothesay, Balloch, Dalry, East Kilbride, and Glasgow City Centre, Cowal Building caters to West Central Scotland, supported by a team of over 60 staff members.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in managing customer enquiries in person and over the phone.
- Experience handling cash and card transactions.
- The ability to maintain a positive and supportive attitude within a dynamic team.
- While previous experience in a Timber/Builders Merchants is advantageous, it is not essential.

This is a permanent, full-time role offering a competitive wage aligned with experience. Our working hours are as follows:

- Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday: Alternate shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
