**Administrator Required For Secondary School In Upminster**

**Location**: Upminster, London

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

**Contract**: Permanent

**Salary**: £25,500 - £26,391 (dependent on experience)

A Secondary School in Upminster is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our Sixth Form, ensuring students receive the best possible experience during their crucial educational journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing student attendance records and monitoring punctuality.
- Utilizing SIMS (School Information Management System) for data entry and management.
- Providing administrative support to teaching staff and senior leadership.
- Assisting with the coordination of events, such as parent evenings and open days.
- Maintaining accurate records and files in compliance with data protection regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a school setting.
- Proficiency in using SIMS or similar student management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school environment.

**Term Time Only**: This role operates during term time, with an additional week at the end of August to assist with preparation for the new school year.
