An amazing opportunity has arisen in the Bridgwater area for carer’s as OneCall24 Healthcare are looking to recruit a team of carer’s to work with a client who is an incredible gentleman who has acquired brain injury and a Tracheostomy which requires ongoing support during the day and night. Our client loves sports, his favorite is cricket and football. He likes being out in the community and exploring. We want our carer's to be able to deliver person centered care in line with a personalized care plan created specifically to meet the needs of our individual clients.

You will be fully supported by our highly skilled Nurse Managers, who are on hand to support and guide all of staff, to ensure the highest standards of care and an excellent pathway of professional development.

**What Experience We Require**:

- Tracheostomy
- Moving and handling
- Medication
