**Duties**:

- Assisting with various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Cleaning and preparing construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Following all health and safety regulations on site

**Requirements**:

- Valid CSCS card is essential and full PPE
- Previous experience in a similar role required
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour for extended periods of time
- Strong work ethic and reliability
