**Housekeeper**

We are looking for someone to join our small, friendly team - the Berwick Lodge ‘family’. Berwick Lodge is an independent luxury hotel with 18 acres of gardens on the outskirts of Bristol, 10 minutes from Clifton. Access to a car is required due to the rural location.

**The role**

To be responsible for cleaning and tidying the hotel bedrooms, Conference Centre, toilets and all public areas.

**Main duties**:
1. To clean the bedrooms, Conference Centre and all public areas to a high standard.

2. To ensure that the department projects a professional impression to customers.

3. To review and act on customer feedback, complaints and compliments relevant to areas of responsibility.

4. To ensure routine maintenance is carried out in prime areas of responsibility and to report any damage, wear and tear and checking that faults are rectified promptly.

5. To organize and set up on-going deep clean schedules.

6. To be responsible for the linen and equipment supplies for use.

7. To ensure that the hotel standards and procedures are applied.

8. To observe Health and Safety requirements including reporting hazards

**Hours and Salary**

Hours: 25-30 hours to include weekends. With potential for more hours.

**Salary**: £11.00 + share of 12.5%service charge + holidays + 1 nights a year complimentary stays including dinner for 2
