Elevation Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a rapidly growing and ambitious technology company, based in Sheffield. The successful Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for directing and controlling all inventory activities, ensuring all goods and materials are available for distribution to meet the necessary production plan

The role of Warehouse Coordinator will include:

- Picking and Packing equipment to fulfil customers’ orders
- Booking in collection of customers orders to be delivered around the world
- Communicating with customers to confirm delivery has commenced
- Booking in goods as and when they come in the building
- Dealing with COSSH substances when they come in the building
- Testing and basic assembly of bought in equipment
- Stock Taking and recording of all stock transactions on system both incoming and outgoing
- Place purchase orders with suppliers so that customers orders can be completed

Key skills and qualities of the Warehouse Coordinator are:

- Knowledge and experience of using the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Eye for detail
- Working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of shipping processes and shipping documents is desirable
