**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Take an ownership of Anaplan, Power BI, Alteryx and Salesforce systems and managing all platforms
- Work closely with the Cycle Planning team to create campaign objectives on Anaplan and Salesforce
- Introduce relevant new tools/systems in a timely manner and without interruption of current operations
- Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders and manage new integration and implementation by testing in UAT environment, signing them off and rolling out into production environment
- Presentation of plans, performance, and ongoing projects to key internal stakeholders on various occasions as and when needed
- Continuously exploring new ways of using Systems’ capabilities as well as innovate to create ad hoc trade systems solutions that are easy to use and facilitate new business growth
- Challenge status quo and influence existing ways of working to align with the capabilities that systems provide us
- Timely resolve any system issue as appears across every platform (Anaplan, Power BI, Salesforce and Ivy)
- Ensure the databases are maintained at the highest standards and frequent checks take place in order to identify opportunities for improvement
- Continually assess existing CRM software and hardware solutions in their ability to meet and support our changing company requirements and recommend changes as appropriate

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE**

**ESSENTIAL**

**Experience Required**
- Great knowledge and experience of Power BI and Analytics is a must
- Proficiency in Anaplan, Salesforce, Ivy CRM systems as well as MS Excel and Power Point
- Project management experience of successfully implementing new systems functionalities
- Experience in a large organisation and in a Marketing, Trade and/or Supply Chain exposure, or equivalent

- Effective communication, presentation and facilitation across all levels and teams in the organization
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Willingness and ability to learn fast
- Able to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure

**Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required**
- BSc and preferably MSc in a quantitative field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

**BENEFICIAL**
- Experience with Anaplan software
- Experience with Alteryx software
- Experience from a large organisation with exposure to Marketing, Systems, Trade or equivalent
