Self Employed Home Helper/companion

Extra Help provides a home help service to anyone that needs some extra help.

Our aim to help the elderly stay independent in their own homes for longer. This could be by assisting with housekeeping, companionship, meal preparation, shopping etc.

We are currently recruiting for Home Helpers for Quorn.

You will need to be friendly, reliable, honest, have compassion for helping others and have the ability to work on your own.

It is also desirable for you to have care experience and/or experience of caring for the elderly. This role may suit someone who is semi retired with nursing/care experience.

You must have your own transport and an up-to-date DBS check (although this can be carried out if you do not have one), and be willing to travel within area.

The role is self employed.

The hours for the role can be flexible to suit you and has a competitive hourly rate.
