We have an amazing opportunity for a Recruitment Delivery Team Leader to join our Team

We are looking for a Recruitment Delivery Team Leader to support and lead a team of Delivery Executives (aka resources/recruiters) to be the best they can be.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with our Delivery Manager to ensure your team is working on the right roles for the business
- Set weekly/monthly objectives for your team  
- Complete monthly performance reviews
- Support and advise the individuals in your team to help their career progression
- Perform daily floor walks to support the team and offer guidance
- Become an internal specialist in the use of the internal training material available
- Work with the Delivery Manager to map staff career progression
- Constantly improve delivery processes, focusing on maintaining high standards, best practices, and productivity
- Show commitment and dedication to the business and their team fostering a positive workplace
- Coach and support your team through being tenacious and motivational

**Requirements**:

- Have top-notch active listening and communication skills
- Managerial experience
- Staff training and onboarding experience
- Capability management
- Staff support for underperformers
- Life science knowledge
