**Construction Skilled Labourer**

Trace Build Ltd is a family owned and operated construction company located in Esher. We are looking for a **Construction Worker/Skilled Laborer** to join our team.

**Requirements**:
**Valid driver's license and clean driving record Preferable but not imperative.**
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work overtime as required by project.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, including hot, cold, and rain.
- Ability and experience working on construction sites.
- Must be able to pass and pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to pass a physical with the company physician within the first 30 days of employment.
- Skills and experience in a particular trade desirable.

**Salary**: £120.00-£175.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Esher, KT10: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
