Our Client, a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy, are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join one of their offices based in Colchester due to continued growth. The Quantity Surveyor will be working on a range of sectors including commercial,health, education, defence and residential.

**Quantity SurveyorPosition Overview**
- Job Type: Permanent
- Job Location: Colchester
- Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
- Start date: ASAP (Happy to wait for notice periods)
- Projects: from large-scale new build and refurbishment projects to smaller value design and construction work
- Working hours: Monday to Friday
- Further details can be discussed

**Quantity SurveyorPosition Requirements**
- Must have previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
- Excellent knowledge of traditional and design and build forms of procurement.
- Knowledge of the suite of JCT contracts is essential with NEC knowledge as beneficial but not essential.
- Experience of project cost planning through both design and construction stages.
- Full Chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor
- Must have relevant Qualifications
- Full driving licence
- Living within commuting distance of Colchester
- Strong tenure and must be looking for a long term Position
- Knowledge of New Builds and Refurbishments
