Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and other staff members to implement effective learning strategies.

- Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:
- Relevant experience working with students with SEN is preferred but not essential.
- Passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
