Protocol Education is thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity at a dynamic 4-form entry school in Enfield. We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team and make a lasting impact on the lives of our students.

About the Role:

- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: Enfield, London
- School Type: 4-Form Entry School
- Potential for Growth: This role offers the exciting potential to progress into a teaching position and further into senior roles within the school.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide tailored support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and other staff members to implement effective learning strategies.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
- Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience working with students with SEN is preferred but not essential.
- Passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
