Trade Counter

**Adecco are currently recruiting for a Temp-Perm Trade Counter Assistant to work with our Client in Southampton.**

**As a Trade Counter Assistant, you will divide your time between communicating effectively with trade customers in the branch to help them find just what they need as well as keeping on top of the stock and inventory.**

**Location**:Hedge End, Southampton SO30

**Salary**:£10.80ph

**Hours**:8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday (flexibility to cover the 7am-3:30pm shift occasionally)

**Some of your day-to-day responsibilities may include**:

- Helping identify customer's needs and requirements with their orders
- Building and maintain strong working relationships with the clients
- Investigating and resolving customer issues from general and technical questions whilst advising on

delivery options and dispatches
- Locating customers' orders and picking from the warehouse
- Stock management within the warehouse to ensure it is kept clean and tidy
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
