Trade Counter

Ogre Engineering Limited are looking to recruit a Trade Counter Salesperson to join their well-established Hydraulic / Mechanical Services business.

**Duties will include**:

- Serving trade and public at trade counter efficiently and courteously
- Working pro-actively within the customer service team
- Taking control over existing stock and deliveries of all goods received.
- Arranging dispatch and collection of customers goods.
- Liaising with company management to support and implement growth strategies
- Delivering and collecting goods where required to support a busy workshop.
- Increasing the number of trading customer accounts and ensuring that this business grows
- Participating in external/internal staff meetings as required>

**Requirements for the position**:

- Full UK driving license with 5 years minimum experience.
- Counterbalance forklift certificate, minimum of 3 ton.
- Experience in stock control and stock taking abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 5 years (preferred)
