Here at Merkur Casino, we are looking for an HR Advisor to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. The role is office based in Milton Keynes.

In this role you will work closely with key stakeholders, providing HR advice, working with MI and HR related data, as well as partnering on projects. This is a new role for 2023 to support the HR delivery plan.

Working within an HR team of 10 which encompasses Recruitment, HR Administration and the HR Advisory Team, the role will be varied with a heavy Employee Relations slant. You will be working alongside two further HR Advisors, reporting directly to the Head of HR: getting exposure to strategic matters, as well as day to HR items.

Upskilling our teams through coaching and delivering training; advising on tricky and high-risk cases and supporting those through to resolution are all key parts of the job, along with occasional notetaking.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to juggle conflicting priorities; pick up the subtle clues that a caller may need your help and support. You must have excellent literacy skills, be able to write effectively and succinctly as you will be required to review and enhance detailed outcome letters, update policies and write internal HR comms, keeping to deadlines.

**What you will need**:
**CIPD Level 5**

Experience of working within a busy HR office environment, dealing with high-risk ER Cases, working directly with key stakeholders on HR matters. Experience of HR administration is important, along with experience of preparing documents for employment tribunals and Subject Access Requests.

- Attention to detail
- Able to travel throughout the UK - occasional site visits required
- Confident in attending and conducting meetings
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to build and maintain credible and strong professional relationships at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks through to completion

- Ability to manage high volume workload
