Cranleigh Prep School is a leading independent co-educational day and boarding school for children aged 7 to 13. We are recruiting for a part-time Admissions Assistant to play a key role in the implementation of admissions projects.
The Admissions Office plays a vital role within the School. For the majority of prospective parents, it is their first contact with Cranleigh.
The Admissions Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure that procedures are adhered to and that processes and events run smoothly. This is a busy and varied role involving daily communication with academic staff, prospective families and staff from other schools. The post holder needs to: work well under pressure; to have excellent organisational skills; to have both excellent written and spoken English; to demonstrate good use of initiative and to have the ability to multitask and prioritise. They will assist in the evening and weekend working will be required.
This is a part-time role 9.30am to 3.00pm weekdays (25 hours/week), state-school term time only (39 weeks/year). Some flexibility will be required to cover occasional evening and weekend work to support events related to Admissions.
