**Experience in the support of vulnerable adults, homeless people, people with substance misuse, alcohol misuse and mental health issues is preferred.**

**SUPPORT**:

- To work with service users according to the requirements of their support plan
- To review the implementation of all support plans
- To signpost clients to access relevant links and support services
- To maintain and develop constructive day-to-day contact with service users
- To provide social and emotional support to service users when required
- Via the Support Plan mechanism, to identify life and social skills deficits within the service user group and to work with service users accordingly

**PROPERTY MANAGEMENT**:

- To ensure that the physical environment in each of the service’s houses is managed and maintained to an excellent standard on a day-to-day basis
- To assist service users in cleaning and undertaking basic maintenance within the properties
- To ensure the security of each property by assisting service users with the physical security and safety of their homes and the equipment they contain
- To advise the Maintenance Team of any maintenance requirement within the service properties
- To ensure supported housing management policy and procedure is correctly implemented
- To collect service charge from clients on a daily basis
- To ensure there is feedback given regarding service users who have left the property and to prep rooms for new service users to move into
- To Log Meter Readings

**PAPERWORK**:

- To maintain daily logs, support session records, service charge record and fire logs
- To undertake basic filing and organisation of service users paperwork
- To complete starter packs with service users and be able to explain documents such as the Licence Agreement, Nil income form, Authorisation form etc.

**SKILLS**:

- To have a good standard of verbal and written English
- To be able to communicate effectively
- To be able to plan and manage effectively
- To work with complex cases including providing support when tenants are in crisis

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
