As an Early Years Lunchtime Assistant, you do not need to be qualified in Early Years. All we ask is that you have a passion to want to work with our amazing children However, If you do hold a Early Years Qualifictaion thats fine also, as you will join our long-standing, experienced teams to deliver every day with passion.
