As an Early Years Lunchtime Assistant, you do not need to be qualified in Early Years. All we ask is that you have a passion to want to work with our amazing children However, If you do hold a Early Years Qualifictaion thats fine also, as you will join our long-standing, experienced teams to deliver every day with passion. As part of our mission to create a better world, we provide settings optimised for children to learn, explore and be happy.
