**About Us**

The Pilates Movement is an established studio based in the centre of both beautiful Godalming and Guildford. We are opening a brand new studio in Farnham Surrey and looking to build an amazing team and have loads of shifts going as we have just started advertsiing.

Having the strongest emphasis on amazing staff, an exciting Pilates journey and a genuine want of helping people move & feel better in life. The Studio is fitted out to a high standard creating an inspiring atmosphere to train and work in. Our Balanced Body, Allegro and Merrithew reformers are an absolute dream to teach and train on due to their high quality construction and flexibility. Along with a class based studio we also have a fully dedicated Personal Training studio that can be rented for private clients however we also encourage our team to convert existing members to Personal Training. The studio is kitted out with a Reformer, Barrel, Wunda Chair along with other essential kit to help you keep your workouts fresh and engaging for your clients.

**About the job**

The Pilates Movement is on the lookout for an amazing instructor to join our team. You will liaise with the owners and teach a variety of different group Reformer Pilates classes. The classes will be medium sized with 10 Reformers but also utilising other Pilates specific kit and light Dumbbells, allowing you to have the flexibility to teach a varied and exciting class. We have a strong emphasis on staff and know that getting the right team is key to our success, you will not only be part of the Team but part of The Pilates Movement family. We always aim to give our instructors at least 2-4 classes close together to ensure the role is financially rewarding.

**About You**

A high emphasis on always delivering quality classes and a willingness to help members get the most out of every class. The studio wants to get the very best results for it's members so "Buying In" to our dream of excellent results is essential. You will be willing to work as part of a cohesive team and want to help continually grow the business. Experience in teaching Reformer (preferably the Dynamic style) is essential, or if you are newly qualified, a history of teaching Mat Pilates would be considered so you understand the Pilates ethos and comfortable teaching group classes. You will have a strong understating of customer service along with working in a small gym that requires staff to help build a community based atmosphere.
