Pioneer Educational Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Librarian to join our professional and dedicated educational support staff team at Trevelyan Middle School.
- We are looking for an individual who:
- Is highly organised and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Has an understanding of the services that a School Library offers.
- Has the literacy and numeracy skills to be able to organise library items.
- Has at least a level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
- Duties will include:
- Being responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the library.
- Assisting pupils and staff in the use of the facility.
- The most recent OFSTED inspection (2019) graded the school as ‘Good’.The school offers free refreshments to staff during the school day. The Trust also provides an Employee Assistance Programme to all staff within the Trust Schools. Through this, staff can access support and advice on any number of things such as wellbeing, work-related issues, housing, family, financial and legal support.
