**At Force Café, Ambleside, we have a full-time role available.**

Daytime shifts, with occasional evenings for a special event, this is a great opportunity to be part of something special.
- Are you a fast learner, with a real interest in joining a dynamic kitchen team?
- Do you have excellent organisational skills and are able to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment?
- Do you understand and have the willigness to adhere to all health and safety rules?

**Responsibilities**
- Keep all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, ovens, walls etc.) clean and sanitised
- Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and ending of shifts
- Be ready to clean up spills to avoid hindering operations
- Wash cookware, utensils and cutlery quickly to keep them in rotation
- Arrange equipment and ingredient deliveries
- Keep the food and supply storage areas organised
- Take out the garbage
- Help with routine food preparation tasks (such as peeling and chopping vegetables) when needed

£11.00 per hour rising to £11.75 per hour from April 2024

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
