- Responsible for coordinating and facilitating the placement of individuals
- Taking a lead role in the matching process, reviewing, monitoring and evaluating placement requests and ensuring suitable and competent foster carers are identified
- Working closely with social workers, care teams, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure placements meets the specific needs and requirements of the individuals involved
- To be successful, you will need:
- Extensive knowledge and/or experience of working with children and their families/carers
- Ability to accurately scrutinise data and information
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Understanding of statutory and legislative frameworks and policies concerning Children and Young People
- This is a full time job working 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday for a temporary period of approximately 26 weeks initially.- You'll be based in offices in Colwyn Bay, and on a salary of £15 per hour plus expenses, holiday pay, PAYE weekly pay and corporate discount for Ffit Conwy membership.- This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and young people within the community
