Do you want to take responsibility for the pastoral and social development of students to ensure that all students strive to achieve their full development?

If you can answer yes to these questions, we would love to hear from you.

This is a superb professional opportunity for a current or an aspiring middle leader to take responsibility for the pastoral care of a year group within this fantastic school in Rainham, London.

You will lead a team of tutors and will be responsible for the academic and social progress of a year group.

As a new member of staff you will receive plenty of support from colleagues within the department and from the wider school community.

There are also opportunities to get involved in the wider life of the school through trips and extracurricular activities and we will develop every staff member that joins our team, providing one-to-one support, coaching and mentoring and access to extensive professional development.

Any applicant should hold QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree to be considered for this post.
