Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be supporting a client with offices in central Brighton. Our client seeks a Finance Administrator to work across the general ledger for a 6 month FTC. This role will be supporting the accounts payable function witha range of tasks.
Duties will include:
- Matching purchase ledger invoices
- Analyse the aged creditors and liaise with suppliers
- Complete bank account postings
- Process ad-hoc payments on a daily basis
- Respond to queries
- Seeking authorization of supplier invoice payments
- Print customer cheques
- Processing staff expenses
- Ad hoc support across the team
Desired skills and experience:
- AAT qualifications
- Strong IT skills, including Excel
- Strong organization skills and ability to work within a team environment
