An exciting opportunity has become available to join our team of** Support Workers** at one of our homes in Eastbourne. The home specialises in person-centred care for people with learning difficulties and autism.

The house has a relaxed feel. The service users all have such different personalities and strengths and while routine is important, you will find that no day is ever the same. You may find yourself going bowling, or to the theatre, visiting a stately home or cathedral, going to a local pub for open mic night.

We are looking for people who may have experience of working with adults with learning difficulties and autism. You will be a great addition to the team if you enjoy working and interacting with people, have the right personality and share the same values as us. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, effective communicators, with high standards of care, and who are sensitive to the needs of people with learning disabilities.

Working hours are **20 hours** per week, on a rotational shift pattern. This will be a varied shift pattern including weekdays and weekends; a flexible approach to work is essential. You will be required to work sleep-in shifts, for which we pay **£50 **_extra_** per night.

- a salary of **£12,480** (which is reviewed annually)
- sleep in shifts paid at** £50 **_extra_** per night (the possibility to earn _an additional_ **£2,000-£4,000** per year, depending on the number of sleep ins you can do)
