We are looking for a Security Supervisor to join as at our client site Do & Co near Heathrow.

The main responsibility of the Security Supervisor is to play a vital role in safeguarding people, property and assets. The responsibilities encompass a range of tasks, including surveillance and patrolling to prevent and detect security breaches, controlling access to facilities and responding promptly to emergencies.

**The Role**

A typical day in the life as a Security Supervisor:

- Deliver a service that complies with Wilson James Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure that the screening operation is delivered to the required to the CAA / Wilson James / clients requirements and standards
- Prevent unauthorised items / persons from entering the site, through effective leadership supervision of the team and adhering to operational process and restrictions.
- Act as the responsible person on shift in support of a culture that promotes & values Health & Safety at work
- Manage a team roster that can self-administer planned and unplanned absence (holidays & sickness cover)
- Actively participate in the Site Performance Review meetings to target continuous improvement
- Carry out any other reasonable request as required by your Line Manager or the client
