Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
**Duties**:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and document changes in client's condition or behavior
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare practices
- Ability to provide compassionate care to individuals with diverse needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with dementia care, hospice care, and assisted living is a plus
