Floor Supervisor

We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness of our premises and ensure that the property remains compliant by supporting in the completion of our company Health & Safety, Fire and Hygiene procedures.

Hours can be flexible between 24-32 per week

The 2 shift patterns are set as the following, which will include weekends but vary from week to week.

Early Shift 07.00-15.00

Late Shift 15.00-23.00

Shifts will vary from week to week dependant upon business needs but will be based around an 8 hour day.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete the regular weekly and monthly fire and security checks.
- Where necessary, undergo training for health and safety compliance, including DSE assessments.
- Ensure the furnishings and fittings are sufficiently clean.
- Ensure all surfaces of floors, walls and ceilings are sufficiently clean.
- Clean carpets when necessary.
- Empty wastebaskets ensuring that waste is disposed of safely in line with the requirements.
- Clean all internal windows monthly.
- Ensure that the communal areas are cleaned daily.
- Ensure all external areas of the property remain clean.
- Ensure all bathrooms and toilets are cleaned daily.
- Chemicals must be stored in line with the COSHH requirements.
- Re-stock paper products and dispensers.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-32 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
