SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Support Coordinator to join an excellent business based in Sutton in Ashfield.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who takes pride in giving the best service to customers, supporting and dealing with issues quickly and efficiently. This is not a call centre role, there is no KPI's or targets on dealing with calls quickly, the client is looking for someone who can resolve the query 1st time however long it takes. The business is a market leader in their sector and are globally recognised.

For this role you will need to have a proven track record of building relationships with customers and handling complaints.

Main Responsibilities:

- Answering inbound calls from customers
- Liaising with the technical team on any reoccurring issues flagged by customers
- Updating customer records and order history
- Account management, building a relationship with the customers

Permanent role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Hybrid working after the first 6 months with the business.

£24,000 per annum depending on experience.
