Human Resources Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Director. You will develop our HR strategies to ensure all HR operations are in order and efficient.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Assist with the administration of various HR programs and processes
- In-depth knowledge about local and international Human Resource Processes, employment regulations and legal regulations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone screens
- Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and termination letters. Develop plans for all HR aspects.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Assist with employee relations activities and investigations as needed
- Conduct data entry and generate reports using HR systems
**Skills**:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid knowledge of all aspects of HR management, excellent leadership & communication skills.
- Proficient in data entry and report generation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edgbaston, West Midlands: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CIPD (preferred)
