We are excited to launch a new project within our venue in Leeds

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a wide range of bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality
- Monitor food production to maintain adequate supply levels
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and products
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in a restaurant or kitchen setting
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and baking methods
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
