**Contracts Manager - Yorkshire - Building**
We are working with one of the regions best known SME construction contractors who are looking to a add a Contracts Manager to their Senior Management Team.
**The Role**
- To take full project responsibility for the delivery of projects, reporting to the Construction Director
- Take responsibility for the programme including design, procurement, construction, and handover to ensure delivery on time.
- Client Liaison throughout the tender and delivery phases
- Produce reports for Monthly Project Reviews
- Ensure quality, timely and cost-effective delivery
- Identification of Risks and Issues on projects and work with site delivery teams for resolutions
- Ensure projects are handed over on time to client specification
- Ensure projects are properly resourced.
- Work alongside pre construction teams to effectively win work
- Ensure the Highest Health and Safety Standards are maintained across all sites.
