Senior Secretary

THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR 6 MONTHSDUE TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE

We have 2 posts available currently, 1 WTE for East IHC Medical Directorate and 1 for East IHC Nursing Directorate.
Providing high level secretarial services to the EAST IHC Senior Management Team for BCUHB.
Communicates with organisations and individuals from inside and outside of the Health Board

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Secretary to provide support to the East IHC Senior Management Team.

Excellent people and organisational skills are essential including the ability to build strong working relationships with senior managers, stakeholders and key administrative staff. You will be a team player and be able to work on your own initiative and manage a complex and onerous workload.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

This post is for 6 months initially.
