Agenda Media are a Manchester-based agency providing comprehensive social media advertising campaigns for our clients, from beginning with initial brief through to reporting and end of campaign analysis. We have an exciting vacancy for two Digital Media Assistants in the business, with plenty of room for growth into either startegy or ad ops depending on interest.

**The Role & Main Duties**
The role is based around the planning, building and managing of online advertising campaigns across a variety of social platforms. This involves tracking numerous tasks from campaign brief to finish, whilst also being able to manage positive relationships with our clients:

- Assisting with a range of tasks across the digital marketing team.
- Providing administrative and clerical support.
- Help build and maintain rapport with clients and agency contacts.
- Support the strategy team in planning campaigns and creating media plans.
- Support ad ops with building campaigns across our portfolio of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok.
- Analysing campaign data to ensure optimal management of campaigns.
- Creating campaign reports to clients, with supporting insights and recommendations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all social products in a continually evolving field.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- We are looking for a motivated and highly organized individual who has an interest in digital marketing and social media in general.
- The role of Digital Media Assistant is ideally suited to someone who has worked in an office environment before and is looking to progress into senior roles.
- You will be competent using a computer, with good excel knowledge and will have employed this knowledge in a work-based environment before.
- Training will be provided on the job but an existing knowledge of the above is highly desirable.

**Skills**

**Essential**:

- Team player.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Excellent time management skills.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience of Digital Advertising.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and online trends.
- Advanced Excel skills (Formulas, Pivot Tables, "IF” statements, etc).

**LOCATION**: Central Manchester / hybrid WFH

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,800.00 per year
