This is a hybrid position, working a minimum of 1 day in the office per week after a more office-based induction.

**The Role - Account Manager**

Reporting to the Client Services Director, and working very closely with the wider teams, your responsibility will include:

- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Taking ownership of day-to-day client contact, delivering a range of communications projects effectively and efficiently.
- Contributing to the strategic development of projects and accounts, identifying and planning communications activities.
- Ensuring projects are delivered with adherence to timelines and budgets, liaising with other agency departments.

**Requirements - Account Manager**
- A minimum of 2 years marketing experience, ideally within agency or in house with a passion to work across multiple accounts / projects.
- Strong project and account management experience, with excellent communication skills both internally with teams and client-facing.

**Location**

This is a hybrid position, working a minimum of 1 day in the office per week although you would be expected to be in 3 / 4 days for the first couple of weeks. Suitable commutable locations include Norwich, Thetford, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Attleboroughand Kings Lynn.
