Billing Assurance Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated leader to join the Billing Assurance team as a Billing Assurance Lead. The Billing Assurance teams help ensure Sky customers are billed correctly for their products and services as well as managing 3rd party supplier relationships in relation to Billing.

What you'll do:

- Leading a team of Billing Assurance Analysts
- Playing a leading part in the analysis and design of processes and controls that provide assurance that Sky customers are billed for products and services at the correct amount at the correct time.
- Playing a leading part in projects in ensuring that the teams needs and requirements are surfaced and delivered to the relevant delivery teams.
- Working with Technology partners in delivering world class solutions and systems to facilitate customer, revenue and cost assurance activity.
- Taking the lead in the root cause analysis of issues and help to design and implement solutions to scenarios that are not dealt with by the happy path process.
- Leading the way in utilising data to deliver best in class billing assurance controls and processes.
- Leading the way in coaching and developing a high performing team.
- Contributing to departmental process & system improvement programmes.
- Management of Audit and Regulatory controls.

What you'll bring:

- Team management experience is desirable.
- A strong analysis background and experience of implementing data led solutions to resolve issues.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills combined with excellent attention to detail.
- Coaching and People Development experience.
- Experience of working in a regulated industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience of dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Experience of GCP, SQL, Tableau, Excel, and Microsoft packages desirable
- Experience of creating a culture where people want to share and develop their skills and experience.
- Good collaboration and facilitation skills
