- Provide administrative support to the office & field staff
- Proofread documents and correspondence for accuracy and completeness
- Manage order entry and invoicing in Xero
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned
- File and maintain office records and documents
- Assist with other clerical duties as needed

**Experience**:

- At least 2 years of experience in an office setting, preferably in a corporate office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Xero
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work product
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
