**Finance Assistant, Falkirk, £25-27k - Ongoing Temp Role**

**What will the day to day look like?**
- Input of supplier invoices
- Payment of suppliers
- Aged Debtors reporting
- Match of invoices / payments and keep holding accounts clear
- Reconciliation of customer / supplier balances
- Managing employee expenses claims
- Bank reconciliations to SAP
- Period End closing duties
- Inputting income and expense into cash flows
- Manage overtime, holiday pay, absence etc calculations for payroll
- Support Assistant Finance Manager when required

- Ability to work alongside and support all areas of business
- Work well in a small team and on your own initiative to meet deadlines and workload
- Efficient and meticulous to ensure accurate input of data
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work well with interruptions of day to day operations
