**JOB SUMMARY**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Extraction and manipulation of large data sets from multiple systems.
- Reconciliation of order, pricing and PO information to facilitate billing.
- Create/issue invoices in line with contractual terms.
- Upload invoices to Customer portals where required.
- Ensure core systems accurately reflects all revenue invoiced.
- Management of all customer query resolution. Following the process to resolution in a timely manner, updating customers regularly.
- Processing credit invoices and re-invoicing as required.
- Accurate checking of to reduce billing errors.
- Adherence to agreed processes in relation to new projects providing ongoing feedback once implementation in place.

- Be able to prioritise workload.
- Ensuring strong relationships are established and maintained with customers and internal colleagues.
- To be target driven and able to work to deadlines.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate at different levels.
- The ability to work as part of a large team and maintain strong internal relationships.
- A positive and motivated approach to tasks with the desire to develop further in a billings position.

**EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in creation of customer invoices either as part of a dedicated billing role or the wider finance function.
- Intermediate - advanced Excel skills.
- Exposure to VAT rules in relation to sales invoicing is highly advantageous.
- Ability to effectively process a high number of requests across a range of tasks and clients.
- Experience of Access Dimensions would be advantageous.
- Experience of Projects would be advantageous.
