A successful consumer product brand that brings wonder into people’s lives, is looking for a talented and organised Production Coordinator to join their growing product team. You will be involved in critical path management and will gain experience in thewhole product development life cycle, from conception and product set-up, through to delivery.

This is a pivotal role which will suit someone with a confident and proactive mindset who is looking to grow and develop, someone that is not afraid to take ownership and drive things forward. You will be extremely organised with excellent attention to detail,numeric and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties as Production Coordinator will include**:

- Support the Product Development team to manage the product life cycle from conception through to delivery
- Update the inhouse system with essential product information
- Keep track of product approvals and communicate the statuses to your team
- Work closely with the suppliers, as well as the logistics team to help guarantee products are delivered on time
- Manage the critical path, highlighting potential delays and issues to the relevant teams
- Update the live order tracker and range plans with the most up to date information
- Work closely with in-house compliance team to ensure all required test and safety certificates are up to date and comply with legal regulations
- Set up of new customer accounts, completing new line forms and dealing with general administrative requests
- Involvement with reporting
- Managing the sample log, sending samples to customers, and ensuring the product database is up to date
- General administration to support each team and the wider company

**The successful Production Coordinator will have the following qualities**:

- Excellent experience working in either operations, buying or production
- Experience working with a wholesale, licensing and/or consumer product business is ideal
- Experience working with and managing critical paths
- Strong Excel, Microsoft Office skills and previous experience using ERP systems
- Someone who thrives in a varied, busy role and an excellent multi-tasker
- Highly organised with an excellent attention to detail, with an ability to forward plan
- A proactive self-starter, who takes the initiative
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- A can-do attitude, flexible and a real team player
