**Telesales Parts Advisor - Commercial Vehicle required in Brentwood, Essex.**

Our motor trade client, a well-established Automotive Commercial Vehicle Parts Specialist in Brentwood, is currently looking to hire Telesales Car Parts Advisor to join their team.

- Proven track record working as a Parts Advisor within an automotive parts department and able to identify parts accurately.
- Able to use an Automotive Part Catalogue, ensuring the proper and accurate use of all systems,
- Able to handle incoming Calls and customer enquiries within KPI's, using the approved greeting.
- Maintain a professional and smart appearance at all times and conduct business with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Assist, liaise with and support the team to ensure good working relationships and delivery of excellent customer service.
