Profile Burner

We are currently looking for a profile burner to join an expanding company in Birtley, Tyne and Wear to join the team.

Our client is a leader in their field of the manufacture of excavator buckets and earth moving equipment for the mining industry and this role will be based in the factory.

The role
- Working day shift on their site based in Birtley, Tyne and Wear
- 40 hours per week
- You will be responsible for operating the profile burner to cut and prepare metal parts which will later be used to assemble the buckets.
- You will be required to load and unload the machines with materials used and ensure the machine in running effectively.

The person
- Experience of manufacturing in the steel industry would be required.
- Must have previous profile burning experience
- Fork Lift Truck Experience an advantage
- Overhead Crane Experience an advantage

This role will become permanent after a probation period
