We are currently representing a well-established Architectural practice who are looking for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their team based around the Woking area. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician / Technologistto develop their career within a busy, growing team.

This practice specialises within the Residential sector which the successful Architectural Technician / Technologist will be working within. Projects will predominantly be new build developments. It is essential for the Architectural Technician / Technologistto have a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience within a similar position. Daily responsibilities include, working on site, liaising with contractors and developers, producing technical detailing and working on a number of projects using AutoCAD.Our client is also starting to implement Revit into the practice so a good knowledge of Revit would be highly advantageous.

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Overview**
- Work as part of a team as well as independently
- Work on a number of projects within the Residential sector
- Working on a variety of projects using AutoCAD
- Produce working drawings and technical detailing
- Working closely with clients
- Attend site

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Requirements**
- Living in or around the Woking area
- Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
- Relevant Degree Qualified; 4 years' experience post qualification
- Excellent knowledge of construction (Building Regulations, NHCB, British Standards)
- Knowledge of Revit, beneficial
- Experience within the Residential sector
- Experience with working with clients and attending client meetings
- Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Remuneration**
- Salary; £28k - £35k (DOE)
- Holiday; 20 days + Bank Holidays
- Pension
