**JOB DESCRIPTION**

It is critical to develop and execute on a strategy that will enhance the organization’s business and operational model and position it for continued success.

**Role Description**:
This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual, wanting to gain analytics, problem solving, influencing, interpersonal and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Taxonomy**
- Lead the capture and review of the Bi-Annual (_Currently_) taxonomy analysis across 8-9K Employees across Payments Ops.
- Partner with F&BM, HR and Solution leads to create a more robust and accurate assessment of our organisation.
- Explore feasibility of leveraging data and process automation to reduce manual effort and increase cadence of the recertification
- **PACE**
- Support the onboarding planning, governance reporting across the Payments Ops Org
- Analysis the population captured vs. Financially reported headcount including working with F&BM in relation to open roles, productivity.
- Run analysis across PACE/ PEGA data sets.
- Partner with the Data team on data sourcing

Support opportunities across the broader Payments Operations Strategy Office, include elements of project management and process discovery

- Payments Experience (Preference)

- Confident communicator with ability to provide clear and succinct verbal and written updates
