As a Maintenance Cleaner Handy Person, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall cleanliness and functionality of our equipment and facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing routine cleaning tasks to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas. Cleaning of machinery and equipment to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

Conducting basic maintenance and minor repairs to keep equipment and facilities in good working condition.

Handling minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed. (Training can be provided as required)

Monitoring and replenishing / report Site maintenance stock.

Identifying and reporting maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.

Responding promptly to urgent maintenance and or cleaning requests.

Assisting with the setup and breakdown of machinery when requested.

Qualifications:
No Formal Qualifications are required for this post.

But a good level of physical fitness will be required as areas to be accessed and maintained / Cleaned would require dexterity and flexibility.

Proven experience in maintenance, cleaning, or related field. Would be beneficial.

Basic knowledge of Mechanical or plumbing, electrical, or carpentry work.

Ability to operate common maintenance tools and equipment.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Good physical stamina. An understanding of workplace safety.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. (If not located in the area)

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
