Asbestos Removal Supervisor

Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking to appoint Asbestos Removal Supervisors to work in the Homeworks Division in the Taunton area.

£136.50 - £147 per day (dependent on experience), plus the following allowances:

- £10 for working on a Bank Holiday
- £10 for working away
- £10 per night for working on nights
- £40 per day for working on a weekend

An Asbestos Removal Supervisor's main duties are:

- To Supervise all types of asbestos removal and refurbishment works following safe working procedures in accordance with the Method Statement, ensuring that you comply with all company rules, policies and directives when required
- Effectively managing site paperwork (Site Diary, Completion paperwork and waste consignment notes)
- Site management to ensure all works are being carried out to a high standard and complying with all H&S regulations
- Communicating to the Management team and Office Staff to facilitate the smooth running of your projects

Supervisors may be asked to work on Rhodar sites nationwide that will include working away from home. They will also be required to work various shift patterns including weekends and night shifts.

**About you**:

- Previous experience within the asbestos removal industry is required.
- Good customer service skills, problem solving skills and the ability to deal with complaints and on site issues.
- IT Literate.
- Physically fit.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team whilst remaining calm and professional under pressure.
- Must hold a full clean driving licence.
- Towing licence would be an advantage.
- Willing to work and stay away from home when required.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
- Must work to and follow company standard procedures.
