Minibus Drivers

**Job Summary**

We are currently looking to recruit Key Services Drivers (Mini Bus Drivers) to join our team at Florette in Lichfield. Your main role will be to transport employees to and from our place of work, via a fleet of 17 seater company minibuses in a safe and timely manner. You will also ensure the company vehicles are checked for defects, taking action towards rectification, and will keep relevant transport records up to date with accurate information.

Working pattern: Shifts: 6 on - 3 off

3 days 03:00hrs-12:00hrs, 3 days 12:00hrs - 21:00hrs, 3 days off shift.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Complete daily vehicle checks and record on relevant documentation, record any defects found and remove the vehicle from use if warranted
- Complete driver log sheets and abide by the working time regulations as set out by the DVSA for mobile workers with regards to duty times, rest breaks and daily/weekly rest periods.
- Convey staff via company minibuses in a safe and timely manner whilst abiding by any traffic laws.
- Develop and maintain complete knowledge of scheduled runs and complete company documentation in accordance with the department’s requirements.
- Keep all company vehicles in a clean, presentable and in a safe condition.
- Carry out yard cleaning and other general site duties.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- You must have a minimum of a Category D1 licence without a 101 restriction, or a D licence, along with a Driver CPC qualification card and a good understanding of DVSA regulations in connection to mobile workers.
- You will ideally have a minimum of two years driving experience, a good knowledge of routes and alternative routes.
