We are looking for a Fibre Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing fibre activities on construction sites for fibre builds. Your Main responsibility as a Fibre supervisor will be to manage the day to day running of the project ensuring all works are completed on time and to a high quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will manage sub-contractors and their activity e.g. splicing, PIA ducting, fibre blowing on site.
- Creating appropriate documentation on a weekly basis.
- You will liaise with Highways and Local authorities to ensure everything is in place for the works.
- Motivate, guide and mentor team members to exceed goals and create a positive work environment
- Promote accident reporting
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Train new employees in company standards and job duties
- Update daily/weekly reports with achieved productivity
- Determine the resource requirements for the completion of all works
- Regular status reviews on the project status
- Develop close working relationships with the Co-ordinators for accurate recording of all workstreams
- Supervision of all operatives, subcontractors and associated plant
- Promote accident reporting and champion Health & Safety on site
- Control of site environment issues
- Ensure all project KPI’s are achieved

Qualifications & Experienced Required:
NRSWA Supervisors Ticket - Desired

Industry Competence

Working knowledge of fibre activity
